Referral from GP, paediatrician, allied health, school, NDIS coordinator, charity or NFP.

Self Referral
You do not need a referral but if you have one please provide any reports or assessment results when you ring

Phone Intake for all services
Barefoot Therapists will provide the initial assessment and proceed to one of the 3 pathways below
• Dietician only appointment
• Termly Packages
Food learning, Toileting, EPC, BAMH
• Infant Mental Health Service
Standard Assessment Appointment
Book Standard Assessment Appointment for OT, speech, specialist services
